  • BONYAN GULF continually seeks to improve its total Quality Management System towards higher customers’ satisfaction by refining its Project Delivery System in line with international standards.
  • Quality objectives are set in each department in line with the Company Vision, Mission & objectives.
  • BONYAN GULF prides itself from the fact that its business is built around people offering excellence and assured quality product, with a commitment for the highest technical and managerial abilities.
  • Quality Management System Orientations are conducted to the employees to make sure they fully understand and commit to apply at work.
  • Prepare ITP (Inspection Test Plans) & implement in the projects.
  • Monitoring for verification and measuring activities in each stage to ensure results are within specified targets.
  • Conduct biannual Quality Audit in Office & Projects and take necessary action as per the management guidelines and International Quality Standards.
